We had the most amazing experience at Diamonds by Shelly. I went with my cousin’s boyfriend to find the perfect ring for her. The manager Jon walked us through every step and made sure that we got exactly what we wanted, and even got it under budget. We made an appointment to look at cushion cut diamonds and we wanted a halo setting. He had about five diamonds laid out and a few settings to look at. He knew exactly what we envisioned and made the ring come to life.

I spent about three months going to multiple jewelry stores and haggling prices to look for that perfect ring. Then I went to DBS. The manner in which DBS does business is much different than any other place I went to. Every other place I went to I felt like I was buying a car– no matter what I picked they didn’t really care, they just wanted to get the deal done. At DBS, extra time and care was taken to ensure that every thing that could be thought of was and every detail was examined. I didn’t know anything about diamonds, but Shelly took the time to educate me. Ultimately, you’re spending a lot of money and whoever you’re going to give that money to, you better like. At DBS you’re not dealing with the «used car salesmen» type diamond dealers. You’re dealing with people who actually care and want to make sure that you are happy. My husband bought my engagement ring from Shelly and I am so glad that he did! The second I was presented with that diamond I new it was perfect. Dealing with Shelly for sizing and ordering the wedding bands was so personalized.
