I love the pizza specially on Friday, seems like who ever is in the kitchen on Friday does a better job. But I have to WARN you that I’ve ordered last night 01/18/2016 and the young lady asked for too much information on my Debit card, this has never happened before.(CSV # and zip code) since my number has been stolen before this caused a REDFLAG. So unless this is a new practice I caution you not to give this information out. I will no longer be ordering over the phone. I do hope someone looks into this and responds to me. 847−463−5290

Aside from Pizza Hut this is the only other pizza place I eat from. But I had it with the young dumb cashiers they keep hiring. The one girl with the buck teeth is extremely rude, I don’t know if it was because she was pregnant or not but she was literally minutes away from being slapped. Normally I don’t write these kind of reviews but she pissed me off. First off she act like she didn’t want to take my money saying that it was fake, of course I told her I got it straight from the bank which I did but she still didn’t take it. I saw her use the marker which verified my money was real and she still didn’t accept it. Then she goes to pass my money around to the kitchen staff in front of everybody completely embarrassing and them says no not taking it and hands me my money then move to the next customer. I quietly left the restaurant went across the street to deposit the same money at a CURRENCYEXCHANGE who accepted the bill with no problems. So I went back to dearcos and let her know what happened no apology no nothing I ordered my food and left. After this I will no longer eat here I’ve been dining here for about 10 years but after this incident they will no longer get my money it’s a shame because a few of the other girls are so sweet and professional but you can tell this one chick had no proper training and a shitty attitude and trust every customer won’t be as mature as me and just walk away without either cursing her or even further physically harming her after the way I was treated.

23 minutes for 6 cheese sticks that was supposed to only take roughly 4 minutes according to the cashier? Then they turned out to be just less than okay, especially since there was very little marinara sauce in my cup. I guess. That’s what I get because I truly had no business eating them in the first place.

We have been ordering from this place *at least* twice a month for the past 3 years. The service has been getting more and more lax, and we just don’t have the time or patience to deal with it anymore. Last night’s scenario: I call to place an order for pick up. The owner himself takes the order. I ask when we should be there to pick it up, and he says, «20 minutes.» I repeat to him, «20 minutes?» and he confirms it. My boyfriend and I decide to arrive in 30 minutes instead because our last few pick up orders have never ready by the time we arrived, and we hate waiting an extra 10 – 15 minutes for something that should be ready for pick up. We arrive, and the food isn’t ready. I mean, how hard is it to have pre-made lasagna, chicken salad and breaded mushrooms ready in 30 minutes when there is no one in the dining area and no one waiting around for pick up orders?! When my boyfriend tells the owner that 1) we ordered 30+ minutes ago and were told that the order would be ready in 20 minutes and 2) we’ve been long time customers, the owner just starts arguing with my boyfriend. What. The. Hell. ?!. So we leave and decide to spend our money elsewhere. The girl who usually takes our orders calls me a half hour later to apologize for the fiasco. 1) The apology was too late for me to receive it graciously and 2) it probably wasn’t a sincere apology since it wasn’t from the owner himself, but at least she understands the idea of damage control. I don’t know what is wrong with the owner of this place, but after last night we are never ordering anything from this place again and encourage others not to either.
