Amazing Breaded Steak Sandwich! Pizza is pretty good too. Guy that runs the place is personable and funny. A must stop when your in the neighborhood.

Bad experience yesterday ordered for delivery, I had asked for parmesan and was told they put it on top of pizza, unfortunately when we got pizza it had a rancid smell, I think it was the Parmesan, disappointed I really liked their pizza but this was a deal breaker

As a over the road truck driver I have tried many pizzas from all over the states. This is my all time favorite place for a slice of heaven. You got to give this place a shot and go for the deep dish. You better be hungry.

My buddy Steve who grew up near this joint brought us here for a breaded steak sandwhich. Small spot that you walk up and order your food, get it eat it then pay for it(super old school) RC cola kinda spot. We all had the jumbo breaded steak with sweet peppers/mozzarella and hot giardiniera on the side. The price $ 6.70(Ricobenes king steak just under $ 15) The bread– traditional Italian bread meaning French bread. Good not my favorite but par for the course. The steak — fresh made, light and yet still dense with a hand breading cleary made fresh. Peppers– sweet were very tasty with no acidic after taste. Giardiniera– HOT with big flavor! Over this place is super solid and definitely has a fantastic breaded steak. Carmine is clearly the boss(I’m guessing owner) is old school. My cousin asked for a to go box he replied with a smile(«be a man and finish it») as he handed over the container. I’m a fan, way to go ! I’ll be back

I would rate the food so far as okay and nothing extraordinary. The meal portions are big for the price. The pizza was not tangy the way I like my pie but not bad. The people there are very pleasant.

Hole in the wall neighborhood spot. I usually always get the same thing and it’s always been delicious. Slice of sausage pizza and either and Italian Beef or BBQ beef. The pizza is always very good. I’m very picky about my beef and this is one of the better ones I’ve had in Chicago. It won’t disappoint.

We’ve been ordering from here for the last 13 years. Great pizza with natural ingredients. Their chicken parmesan is outstanding! You can’t go wrong here. Say hi to Carmen or Pauly for me.

Love this place! Stop in for a slice every now and then when I’m on 63rd street. Carmen is a great guy too. If you order a pizza be sure to ask for showcase style to get the real deal. Definitely one of my top 5 pizza spots.

Their sauce is the best in Midway. Not chunky, just the right amount of flavor. Normally order the pizza bread! Delish!

Hubby has brought me already made slices a couple times before and I’ve enjoyed them every time. Today ordered their thin crust pizza, was really good. Found my new spot for pizza.

They sell pizza by the slice. Not a chain, local owned. Freshness, and leach slice made with love. And it’s a great value. Try a slice of the showcase pizza, I think your going to like it!

What can I say, I have coming here for years. The slices are great. Delivery is less than an hour to an hour. The pizza is always hot and no matter what kind of toppings it is always delicious. And during lent the pepper and egg sandwich is also very good.

I’ve gone in for a slice and had food delivered to me. The food is decent nothing bad to say about that but they are pricey considering it’s just a small dive looking pizza joint. I called to order and when they gave me the price for a medium pizza I was shocked $ 15! That’s thin crust with just one ingredient. When I asked the guy what made it so much he gave me a run down in a very annoyed tone. Will I go back? Yea, maybe for a slice but I won’t have food delivered to me. I was able to order from Vince’s a few blocks down and it was $ 13 including delivery.

D’elicious! A friend recommeneded this place so we tried it. The pizza is great the tomatoe sauce is very well flavored with just the right amount of herbs. The delivery fast on off days, on saturdays and fridays it will take longer. The do credit card over the phone. The pizza is the best around garfield park if you like thin crust. The crust it just well toasted and they toss parmesan cheese rigt on the pizza. The fries are great, not greasy or burnt. Try it and you won’t be dissapointed.

When I moved to Clearing in 2006, I was told D’Anardo’s was the best pizza in the area. After 5 years, I can tell you this is the only place I call for a home delivered pizza. The pizza is always well made an tasty. Delivery times are pretty snappy too.

Pizza Slices are always good. Make sure to get the Showcase crust when you order a pizza(same as slices). Great Breaded Steak and Pepper and Egg sandwiches too. Kids LOVE this Pizza.

Pizza is bland and we normally order delivery, never been in the place. Well after I decided to do pick up one day, I never ordered from there again. Place looks dirty and dingy. I was never really thrilled with the level of service, everytime I called to place an order the guy seemed annoyed we were calling. Really? Too many options in the neighborhood.

We tried this place based on a neighbor’s recommendation. He raved about this place and he’s lived in the neighborhood over 30 years, so he couldn’t be all wrong, right? We ordered a regular thin crust pizza, and it arrived in about an hour. The sauce was pretty good. The pizza itself was a little greasier than I like it, but overall it wasn’t terrible. I liked it okay, but I think you can get better pizza for the same price in this neighborhood. But, some people are diehard Danardo’s fans, and that’s okay.

By far, one of the best pizzas I have ever had. I love the showcase style crust. The four stars are because of the delivery service. The times when they deliver are strange and the last pizza I got from there, the cheese had shifted to one side because of the way it was handled by the driver.
