Has this place EVER been open? I really want to go to a place with a name as sweet as «Czar Bar» but that fucking «Now Open!» sign is a big shitty lie. I want to break in and see if there’s any old polka records and dusty bottles of Zywiec.

Small club that features alt. and indie bands. Not the greatest of hoods, but some of bands that have been here have done very well for themselves. The times I was here the staff treated me and my guests well.
