Zoran is the best when it comes to men’s hair. I’ve been going to him for over a year now and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. The salon is very inviting and well decorated. Highly, highly recommend. Great value for a superb cut.

Congrats to Zoran and the entire team here at Cutting Edges. Zoran has been cutting my hair for many year, way before Cutting Edges opened it’s doors. He is usual able to take me in the same day I call, and I love that I do not have to tell him what I want anymore. He know exactly what I want without me to telling him every time.
When I heard that Zoran was leaving the last salon he worked at I knew I was going to follow up where ever he went (well anywhere within the Chicagoland area). I was happy to hear that he opened up his own salon and that he was living the American Dream.

Zoran has been cutting my hair for five, maybe six years now. I don’t let anyone else touch my hair. Now he is a co-​owner of a new salon in my neighborhood, and I couldn’t be happier. The salon is small but very inviting, and everyone who works here is very friendly. But it’s really all about the hair, isn’t it? Zoran specializes in short hair; he also cuts my husband’s hair. Elma and Iskra do a very nice job, too, as I’ve seen their happy clients leaving the studio with beautiful coiffs.

When I heard that Zoran had left Shear Elegance and opened his own beauty studio I knew that it would be my new place to get a hair cut. For those who know Zoran they know how talented he is and what a friendly and professional environment he creates. On top of it all he and his partners have created this amazing modern and elegant space where you are greeted with a smile and offered tea, cookies and Ferrero chocolates. The waiting area is made up of stylish chairs with elegant flower arrangements where you can wait as you sip your tea or coffee and listen to the cool contemporary tuned they play. You will get an amazing haircut and at $ 20 it’s a real steal. There is no place like this in Chicago where you get the best quality along with sincere friendly service with an awesome interior design that rocks! Oh, and did I mention the chocolates?

I’ve been having my hair done by Elma Feriz at Shear Elegance in Lincoln Square for 10 years. I couldn’t be more happy for her and colleagues Iskra Uzejrovic and Zoran Tomic as they have opened their own Salon on Irving Park. All three are terrific stylists and colorists. For those who know me and my larger than life red locks, my hair isn’t easy and I get compliments every day. I even have Facebook friends from around the globe asking for the magic color mix to try to duplicate mine. I am sitting in the new salon as I right this. The official opening day is tomorrow but they opened today for me and a select few of regulars. If you are looking for a dynamic, creative team, look no further. They are here at Cutting Edges!
