Writing a review about a death experience on Unilocal isn’t fun at all. But, Unilocal has helped me distinguish so many restaurants and companies — I think it’s necessary to have this type of review that can help people in difficult times like these.
When a loved one dies, there are so many things that need to happen quickly while there is so much pain felt. This office on Addison was extremely good to my family and I can’t imagine a better person to have handled our situation than the woman (Annie) that helped us. She was so compassionate and I was even a little comforted by her. She remained professional while still connecting with us and expressing her sympathy. She made the process very easy for us.
About the prices… I thought that they were reasonable. But I don’t have much experience.
In this time of deep sorrow and some bitterness, I was touched by the people that worked here and I highly recommend their service.
