THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND WILL SUE YOU!!! Other bad reviews have been removed from this sight. We had multiple complaints of this company — not cleaning, not vacuuming, clocking in and eating dinner before working. They just didn’t clean. We tried to work with them several times but things never got better. They offered us a refund, but we just didn’t want to use them anymore. Once we terminated our contract, due to their material breach of failing to provide the services, they are suing us. We are a small company that serves disabled children and they call and harass and send nasty emails. If they would put in the effort to do quality checks behind their cleaners, as they do in pursuing lawsuits, they might be successful. Other reviewers have noted that they threaten to sue them as well when they try to terminate. Once we told them we knew they did this due to other reviews, the reviews suddenly disappeared. We are also reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.

It’s been a pretty good experience so far using this company to clean our office. They are smaller than our last janitorial company, so far we’ve liked that for the most part. You can get someone on the phone with the authority to handle an issue. I’d say the issues we’ve had have mostly been minor. Just some missed spots in certain corners, and under desks, but they came back and fixed promptly when asked. Satisfied so far.
