This is the best place to go!!! I had a nightmare of an experience and Cort really went above and beyond to help fix everything for me. WAY TO GO MARK! I had ordered a table upwards of $ 2000 from a different furniture company and then was told it was lost in the mail (how that happens I have no idea) I was in tears. I had a big party planned and caterers ready to arrive in a matter of days and no table for my dining room. I drove to Cort to see if there was anything they could do. Mark not only found me a table, but worked it out where I was able to buy a table that would normally only be for rent. They had it in my home and ready just hours before caterers and decorators arrived for my husbands birthday. I AM SO GRATEFUL TO CORT FOR THIS EXPERIENCE!!!

The furniture we picked was certainly nice, but it better be for the price.
The delivery and pick up teams were efficient and respectful.
But there was no room to negotiate price for people that wanted a flexible schedule (one month was the same price as 3 months — what!!!).
And the pick up time was all messed up: the window was 1 – 4, but they didn’t show up until 5. It made it difficult for me on my last day in Chicago with my kids — we even missed my oldest boy’s karate class. There was no compensation for this issue.

I rented from Cort for many years. I found that their furniture was very poor
Quality and actually quite outdated and disappointing. They are not
Willing to, negotiate and will not even agree to, take their furniture back unless
You spend thousands of dollars. do, yourself a favor and do, not rent from them. Lousy customer service. You are better off buying used furniture from
Salvation Army!

My fiancé and I were looking for furniture at very specific price points. Mark and his colleague took amazing care of us. He really hooked it up. We left with more than we came for and spent less $$ than expected. I kept suggesting cheaper looking couches if he couldnt hit my price point with my first choice and he wouldnt allow it. We left with my 1^st choice coffee table, couch, nesting tables and 2 floor lamps all for the prices I wanted to pay! He even threw in a couple night stands for my previous roommate so she wouldn’t have to go hunt around the city on Craigslist for nightstands that she’d struggle to find transportation that they’d fit in… etc. There were many cheaper night stands that he could’ve offered her to throw in yet he STILL offered us the nicer night stands. She feels so special and we were treated like royalty. From greeting the 3 of us with waters and cokes to the amazing deal… I couldn’t be happier and I wish I would’ve gotten more! Mark and everyone at cort was amazing. They are delivering and accommodating all of our furniture needs straight to our place. Go to cort clearance center for the best prices and service around everyone! ! Go go go!

This place is awesome! Wide selection of great looking furniture. Prices are fair — especially comparing against other furniture stores nearby. Mark was very knowledgeable and even helped us get our purchase into our apartment a few blocks away. Highly recommend.

I’ve heard of this place before but didn’t considered them for my «redesign on a serious budget» home project. Internet researching brought me to Cort Furniture where I found EXACTLY what I needed. In fact, I discovered options! YES, options! Whoever heard of options with a serious budget? I am thrilled with my purchase, and even better — I don’t have to hear my husbands mouth! SCREAMING «THANK YOU MARK!!!»

Awesome place to shop for furniture with great prices. I found some great pieces to complete my condo.
