Ordered two breakfast meal. The Anaheim scrambler and bacon and cheddar panini. They were pretty good and I was happy with my purchase. I’m writing this review as I become fed up with Corner Bakery coffee. Somehow they’ve managed to find the perfect balance between watered-down and bitter. It never fails that the coffee disappoint and I finally made a decision to stop purchasing it. I don’t know if this location is more atrocious than others but the coffee was pretty bad.

I work next to this location so it would be convenient for lunch. This location is always filthy dirty, the silverware doesn’t even look clean. They never clean up the coffee area and there is spilled coffee all over. The tables don’t get wiped down and the floor is always dirty! And the staff is not the friendliest. I do not eat there anymore, and I have warned everyone I know!

The Corner Bakery provided us with a convenient, affordable breakfast two mornings in a row, blessedly close enough to our hotel that we didn’t freeze our a**es off in the process. Service was quick, both ordering at the counter and delivery of food to our table within probably five minutes each time. There’s breakfast for whatever mood you’re in, for sure, from healthy to I-need-a-sugar-rush, with plenty of options in between. Steel cut oats on day one were pretty good but I had trouble getting them sweet enough. The thin, sugar-dusted toast that came with it was shockingly crisp at first bite, but quickly grew on me. The breakfast potatoes with red onion were delicious, soft and creamy in the middle. On day two I ordered an avocado/spinach flatbread that came with a really good pepper sauce. The only thing that could’ve made it better was if the sauce had been hot, not cold. My friend ordered a scramble of eggs, sausage and veggies that she said she really liked. I ate her multi-grain toast and it was delicious. The rest of the spectrum ranges from yogurt parfaits to every kind of baked goodie you could possibly want, and whole bundt cakes if you want to share. All of this(except the cakes of course) can be had for less than $ 10, some substantially less. Moving around can be a bit challenging, people tend to get in each others’ way filling drink cups and getting condiments. But there’s plenty of seating once you’re done, and Corner Bakery is certainly a convenient and affordable place to start your day.

Lots of seating, great pastries, decent pricing– nothing to complain about, but it’s missing anything that would put it over the top.

Food is good when they get the order correct. They say 15 minutes and take 30. Ive had good experiences mixed in too.

I’ve been increasingly disappointed with this location. The last several to-go hot sandwiches I’ve purchased have been small in size and luke warm. Today’s breakfast sandwich was smaller than the size of my cell phone and the cheese was not melted at all. Not my best use of a $ 5 bill.

For the first time, I had breakfast at a Corner Bakery. I was impressed with their 4 stack pancakes! Simply delicious! Their breakfast sandwiches are ok. The bread was a little hard and too toasted for my liking. Their lunch and dinner items are excellent. I’ve had their soups and salads. Excellent food preparation. Their lunch sandwiches are great tasting as well. Great service as well.

I have been going to corner bakery for many years… but this location is horrible. Slow service, rude staff, very disorganized and long wait times even for simple orders. Never going back to this location.

Look at the posted photo of the Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast with salad for $ 10 bucks with tax!!! Totally a waste of money! They also need to train their staff as no one there tonight knew what was going on! Very disappointed. I would avoid it at all costs and go elsewhere :-(

Have been coming here for awhile now and this is the first time I’ve had an issue. Ordered the chicken Caesar flat and was served the southwest flat. Server insisted that’s what I ordered but it wasn’t. Had to tell him I was allergic to half the items in the southwest flat, but he still tried to tell me that’s what I ordered. Had to tell him that I should know what I can and cannot eat. He took it back into the kitchen and then returned with the same plate telling me once again that this is what I ordered and this time, told me it was the chicken Caesar, which it wasn’t. Tried telling me that the jalapeño peppers were part of the Caesar dressing. Um, no! He disappeared into the kitchen again and within a few minutes came out with the right food. BUT, with no silverware. Went up to the counter to ask but was instructed that«the line starts over there» and I tried to explain I needed silverware & the woman walked away. So, I went and tried to find someone else, but no one was available but the cashier. Finally found Cher, who helped me out. She was apologetic for the poor service and nice about it. I say, if your working in a restaurant and serving food, it should be a requirement to know what the dishes are. I will be back again.

Good service considering how busy it is during the weekdays. It’s right by the hospital so it is jet packed with customers during the day. My brother and I ordered the chicken pomodori with a cup of cheddar broccoli and a café size pesto cavatappi with a mixed green salad. It all tasted good and came actually really fast. Outdoor seating area is nice!

Don’t waste your time here. While the staff were very friendly and provided prompt service, the food and coffee were awful. I pretty much consider my experience here a $ 9 donation because the steel cut oats were so bleh and my drip coffee tasted like it had been brewed weeks ago. Maybe the baked goods to go and the drinks made to order are better… Convenience, location, and staff are the only reason this place gets two stars instead of one. Do yourself a favor and just head to Panera instead.

Always on the corner waiting to serve up a fresh cup of coffee and good food. Kind staff and clean, it’s not high brow, but who wants it to be. Breakfast today was a bagel and cream cheese and a side of bacon. Good stuff!

Review is strictly for take-out ordering. My husband and I had a class to attend tonight and so I ordered us dinner online to pick up on the way. The ordering part was easy enough and seamless. I opted to pay upon receipt. Also seamless. But…once we got to our destination and sat down to eat, I noticed that the $ 1 avocado I paid for was not on my husband’s sandwich and they did not include the $ 1.49 caesar side salad I also paid for. I checked the receipt to make sure it was correct and it was. Apparently those kinds of directions are difficult to follow. We will not be patronizing this location again.

Busy café on weekdays. It’s one of many cafes in the area but closest to the hospital, so it can be packed. Service is pretty good despite the rush. If busier places seem overwhelming for you, head East to find a few more cafes to enjoy inside of administration buildings and«stand alones.» In case you need(catering) a party case of café goods, CBC has a few options prepacked and ready for purchase, ranging in many items and prices. I dig it here. The proximity to the hospital across the street and parking out front which always seems readily available(most times) for me.(Also, street parking is less expensive than hospital parking.)

Bustling business. Usually a line. Waitress was extremely helpful and obtained water for my friend. He enjoyed his coffee. Few vegetarian options — almost all the omelettes are served with bacon. Please expand your menu.

I had lunch here last week, and got a «trio» — a cup of lemon chicken orzo soup, and two of their specialty salads. You can also get three of the salads and forgo the soup. These salads are probably the best thing Corner Bakery has to offer. I got Asian edamame salad and toasted sesame kale salad. Both were surprisingly fresh, and the kale especially had really good flavor. I felt so healthy eating it! Next time I come back, I’ll definitely be getting those again. The lemon chicken orzo soup tasted sour to me — too much lemon for my palate, perhaps. I haven’t had great luck with soups here, but those speciality salads are where it’s at.
