Outstanding! What more can you say about such a knowledgeable and effective therapist as Allison. After years of consistent failure and injury attempting to correct my shoulder pain I was finally given the tools necessary to send me onto the road to recovery. I can’t possibly thank her enough. Her education on body movement was so effective I have been able to translate it to many other I have previously suffered pain in movement. Thank you again Allison I can finally sleep a full night without medications.

Review of Core Physical Therapy in the West Loop
I have been receiving physical therapy for my left rotator cuff and shoulder for about 3 months with Core Physical Therapy at their West Loop location at FitPro West 564 W. Jackson Blvd. I have had some physical therapy experience in the past that validates my enthusiastic endorsement of Core Physical Therapy.
At other physical therapy centers, I have received the bare minimum of «hands on» treatment, perhaps 15 minutes on average during my one hour sessions. Allison Betley, my physical therapist with Core committed an average of 30 – 35 minutes each visit to «hands on» treatment of my shoulder and rotator cuff. Allison explained that this embodies the philosophy of Core’s founder, Jason Kart. Without question, I am benefitting from this enhanced personal attention because I feel better every time I complete my one hour session.
The professional competency of my physical therapist, Allison Betley also merits recognition. She is very passionate about her work and has given me continuous support in following the customized treatment regimen she designed for my home use. She also has an exceptional knowledge of the science of physical therapy, educating me on everything I needed to know about muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments.
Finally, communicating with Core has been a breeze. They have an intuitive follow up system that keeps me on track for my appointments and gives me the opportunity to alert them to anything I need them to know. Their on-​line instructions for my customized home exercises are also very easy to access and follow.
Core Physical Therapy has exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them without hesitation.
