im only giving them a start because I have to… Dont go there !!! Horrible Experience they never answer the phone they are super rude they dont have any kind of Customer Service … During December we decided to have Computer World Fix our 50 inch Samsung plasma Tv. we talked to a representative named Ray and he assured me and my husband that it will take only 3 or 4 days to have the exact amount for the repair that they had no technicians at this location and they will be sending my tv out to their repair center. after 3 weeks of waiting for a follow up call i decided to call several times and i finally got to speak to Ray he assured that he had a price for the repair and asked me if i wanted to get the tv fix he said it will be about 300 dlr. and all i needed to do was to wait for a call once everything was done … it has been 2 months and i still don’t have my tv back he wont return my calls, Today i decided to step into his location and he said that he is not going to be able to fix the tv. i demand to have my tv fix at this point i don’t know if something else happen during the time they had my tv in the shop… i have been waiting patiently and I don’t think customers should be treated like this. all we want is our tv fix we won’t mind paying the price that we agreed on … Please HELP!!!
