Chiropractic Care Millennium Park

I am SO sad Dr. Olding is no longer at the practice. He is the absolute best! I have struggled with lower back pain for over 12 years and he is the ONLY one who was able to provide me with real long-​term relief from the pain (numerous previous experiences with physical therapy and other chiropractors were unhelpful). Since him leaving, I have tried other chiropractors again but they all pale in comparison. Dr. Olding, come back!

I have been seeing Dr. Olding (and previously Drs. Kruse and Allen) for chiropractic treatment for several years (for herniated/​slipped discs in lower back). I will literally not go anywhere else. I do a lot of sitting, and had back surgery in 2004, which helped, but the sitting aggravates the condition. I’ve always been so impressed with the treatment modality (Cox method works really well for me). Dr. Olding is kind, caring, gentle, and tailors the treatment to what I need as a patient to recover (ultrasound, electrical stim, massage). He’s also really personable and I honestly feel so much better after a session. Heads-​up, though: if they assign you exercises, do them! (they know what they’re talking about). The staff is also terrific: really nice, and it’s easy to schedule appointments.

I ended up going here And the chiropractors are great. The woman at the desk is horrible. I was about to walk out of my first appointment but Sally was great. I just don’t understand why they hired a woman who clearly hates people to work at their front desk.

I was so impressed by my experience with Chiropractic Care Millennium Park. I was visiting from another state and experienced severe back pain. They were able to get me in the next day, the receptionist was very accommodating and sympathetic over the phone. Upon my arrival I was greeted by both the receptionist and doctor. The doctor did a complete, thorough exam, and proceeded to explain the diagnosis and treatment to me. He even discounted the price as I was from out of town, and also a college student on a budget! The doctor made sure to check in on me later in the week to ensure I was feeling better, and offered to see me again should I continue to have discomfort. I definitely recommend this office.

I bounced around searching for the right Chiropractor, and knew I found the perfect fit once I met Dr. Kruse. He is attentive, caring, and asks all of the right questions to come up with a treatment plan that is right for you. His staff is professional and courteous, and the on staff masseuse is amazing. I know I’m in good hands!

I am very disappointed with Dr. Kruse’s approach for my lower back pain. I had had minor adjustments by Dr. Kruse prior to coming in for lower back pain and it was fine, but I feel he failed to assess my condition accurately for the low back pain. I went to him for over two months and spent hundreds of dollars and my pain got worse and worse. Despite my complaints to him I continued to decline. It wasn’t until I insisted on my second to last visit for a hip adjustment did he do an exam that indicated my legs were different lengths due to my hips being misaligned. I am now in physical therapy prescribed by an orthopedist for my excruciating lower back and hip pain. The underlying cause remaining untreated for so long under Dr. Kruse’s care caused severe dysfunction in my back muscles. I believe in chiropractic care, just not Dr. Kruse’s approach and I wish I would have done anything else besides go to him when this pain started.

I am not a fan of MDs and was even more sure that I would be less a fan of DCs. I have never been more pleased to be wrong. I incurred an injury in late April and did not want to treat it with muscle relaxants and pills. Referred to Dr. Kruse and with electric stim and ultrasound, I was improving slowly but surely. I had a setback in my care due to something I did to my own back after 4 weeks of care. Dr. Kruse and his team in one visit managed to reduce almost all of the newly incurred damage in one visit. Truly grateful for the time and energy he devoted to me.

Dr. Olding (one of Dr. Kruse’s associates) is simply wonderful. The office is warm and inviting and they have the abilities to to remedy all your aliments. It has been a week since my «injury» and a feel soooo much better, its like night and day!
If your office, or home is close and you require the services of a chiropractor… HEAD HERE! You won’t be disappointed!

I had never been to a chiropractor before and was unsure what to expect. Dr. Kruse and his associates walked me through the procedures and answered all my questions and concerns. I no longer have the chronic pain in my shoulders. I would highly recommend Chiropractic Care.

They do not over-​treat nor do they recommend any unnecessary treatments or push products on you that you don’t need. Dr. Kruse specializes in Orthopedics, publishes many research papers and instructs other Chiropractors around the country. The physicians there are always up on the current research and treatment and I always get outstanding care. Their massage therapist is the best I have ever had and his therapeutic massages are done collaboratively with the physicians’ treatment so everyone is on the same page to deliver optimal outcomes. Give them a try. You will find great service and unparalleled care!

I’ve been going to Dr. Kruse for 14 years and I won’t see another Chiropractor. His treatments were exactly what the doctor ordered for my migraine headaches. He always takes the time to listen and explain the procedures needed.
