We had a minor leak on Saturday and I called three local companies. One never returned my call, one called today (Monday) at 12:30, but Chicagoland Plumbing called me IMMEDIATELY on Saturday and set up an appointment for today. Edwin called and even sent an email to confirm our appointment and also to send a photo and name of the employee that was coming to our home. Gerardo was wonderful, and did a quick and efficient job. I even asked him to take photos to get me an estimate on a future job. Thank you again!

Having had the team at Chicagoland Quality Plumbing out on three projects in the past year (two medium sized and the third, a major multi-​bathroom project) all I can say is that they go above and beyond to ensure the best quality of work. From start to finish, they were professional, communicative and had exceptional follow-​through. I would highly recommend them (and have!) They are the first and only call I’ll make in the future.

I’ve used Chicagoland Quality Plumbing about 4 times since I moved into my house. They’ve always come out promptly, explained the problem to me, and finished the work in a timely manner. They’ve fixed my shower head, fixed drain issues, and helped me resolve water pressure issues. They are professional, the prices are fair, and I’ve been happy with the work. I plan to keep using them and recommend them to anybody looking for a go-​to plumber.

I have never worked with such a terrible company before! Which is a lot to say since I have rehabbed 2 homes top to bottom. I had them come out twice to fix a kitchen sink and after spending hundreds of dollars to fix it, it still does not work. I asked him to come look at it one more time, and he verbally attacked me and refused to back up his work. I would never use this company again and I don’t think anyone else should either.

Over Memorial Day weekend I had one of my tenants call me early in the morning to inform me that they were not getting any hot water. Sure enough when I got to my building the water tank in the basement was leaking water all over the place. I tried calling several plumbing companies but no one would answer their phones, if they answered their phone they did not have anyone available to come replace the water tank that day. They would say that I’d have to wait until Tuesday. I call my Realtor to see if he could refer me to a plumber. He suggested that I call Chicago land Quality Plumbing he said he had used them in the past & refers, Chicago land Quality Plumbing to his clients whenever they have a plumbing issue. I called Chicago land quality Plumbing. I spoke with Ed. He had someone available to stop by within the hour. They came by replaced the water tank & hauled away the old one. They were very professional, clean, & the price was very reasonable. I thought it was going to cost me an arm & a leg because of the holiday weekend. Chicago land Quality Plumbing saved my weekend. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing issue. Great company!!!
