Last summer, our condo association used Chicago Xtreme Remodeling to replace some wood panels on the exterior of our building due to water damage/​cracking. Rafal and crew stated they would use treated wood so it wouldn’t happen again. They did a good job, but the problem has reappeared less than a year later, with the wood they replaced cracking. We’ve had no luck receiving a response from phone calls, emails, and a letter to the company to remedy the problem over the last few months. I hope they see us and get in touch with us so we can resolve this issue. In the meantime, I would not recommend Chicago Xtreme remodeling.

Our condo association recently used Chicago Xtreme Remodeling to build our new roof top deck. Rafal and crew did a great job following our specs. Cris, the foreman, was excellent to work with and a great carpenter! The project was a lot of work but Chicago Xtreme came thru and with very reasonable pricing. We would definitely use them again!

Rafal was great, he was very affordable and he and his crew were very easy to deal with. The roof deck with Pergula he built for me turned out amazing, I would strongly recommend him to anyone. Please dont get his business confused with Xtreme Remodeling as Rafal’s company is Chicago Xtreme Remodeling. I look forward to using his services again for my next project. A+ job.
