The owner herself helped me with my smashed phone screen — it wasn’t even able to type texts before she got started. She repaired it in less then the hour she said it would take. The price was really reasonable and parking in this area (just north of Logan Square) is easy. I waited a bit to write a review to make sure — it still works great! She brought this thing back from the dead.
I really like these personal kind of shops. When the owner runs it, they’re more responsible for their work. You also don’t get lost in the crown or pay more $$ for parking that ends up being blocks away.
This is a great place for anyone on the northwest side or anyone who drives.

Great service, done quickly. They’ve replaced my iPhone screen TWICE (both times my fault…), and done a great job at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

This place is a drug front. I’ve never left a Unilocal because I’ve never felt so ripped off. I hope I save you reading this from going through What I went through.
I brought my phone in to get flashed. Was going to drop it off, but was told to wait because it would only take a min and was no problem to do. I was rung up for a month of service on unlimited plan for page plus and the flash. So I waited for 45 mins. They said they were having a hard time so I said I would be back later in the day. When I returned they told me my data wasn’t working. They didn’t know what to do. So now I have unlimited data plan w no data at all. They couldn’t down grade the plan until next bill. Ect ect.
30 bucks for a flash that didn’t work 5 dollar activation fee for shit and 55 dollar unlimited data plan with No data. They got me.
