After having trouble getting pregnant, I decided to give acupuncture a try because I heard it could help. When I got to the office and Robert started asking about what else was going on with my body, I realized that there were a lot of other things going on with my stomach and skin that I’d kind of not paid attention to.
Without a doubt much of this was caused by stress. I started seeing Robert every two weeks for acupuncture, some light massage, and herbal therapies. No joke, I was pregnant two weeks later. Within a month, my stomach issues were gone, and my skin improved dramatically… which normally doesn’t happen when you get pregnant :)
I recommend Robert to anyone thinking about trying alternative therapies. He’s so knowledgeable, kind, and sincerely interested in treating your whole body, mind, and spirit.
P. S. So many factors go into getting pregnant, I don’t want to mislead women into thinking Robert can solve all of them. But, it worked for me!

Chicago Holistic Medicine is where I first decided to try out acupuncture, despite my initial reservations of having someone stick needles in me. And after going here for nearly three years, I can’t imagine going anywhere else for this type of treatement.
Robert is definitely the guy you want to see if you’re considering trying an alternative to the standard health care system. He has helped to improve health conditions of mine that the normal cycle of pharmaceuticals and Blue Cross approved procedures has not. If you have a serious problem or even a simple cold, Robert can help accelerate the healing process. And it doesn’t hurt that the guy genuinely cares about his patients.

About 2 years ago I was going through a very stressful time and had extreme stomach problems and was gaining weight. I was reading the Chicago Time Out magazine and read a quick review on Robert, I decided to try him out– couldn’t hurt! Well after just a few weekly sessions I couldn’t believe how well I was sleeping and I no longer had stomach issues. I learned to manage my stress level and Robert decided we should have monthly sessions. I was feeling great so I took the summer off. At the end of May I found out I was 3 months pregnant! Great news the ONLY issue I had was sinus pressure headaches so I called Robert for an emergency session. I went in told him about the headaches he worked on my sinus, haven’t had a headache from that point. All it took was 1 session!!! I will be working with Robert again in the next coming months so I can prepare myself for a healthy natural delivery hopefully without any medication. I highly recommend him for his healing treatments and herbal recommendations.

I came to Robert when looking for a Reiki Master in this area. We ended up talking a lot longer then I had planned and I got a massage. It was amazing. He is truely a master of his craft. Easy to talk to and extremely warm. I Highly recommend.

Robert is extremely skilled in what he does. He is a gifted acupuncturist and his massages are to die for. I feel so spoiled going to see him. After only two sessions my lower back feels much improved. Highly recommended!

After many attempts with different doctors to try and figure out what is causing my contact dermatitis, I decided to try out alternative therapy. I went online and searched holistic medicine and came up with Chicago Holistic Medicine.
So far, I’ve only had 2 treatments and unfortunately I am going to have to stop for a while due to the cost not being covered on my insurance.
However, the 2 treatments I have had were really great. The acupunture paired with the herbs seemed to help my condition. Though, I still don’t know what is actually causing it, I feel that for now at lease I am in a better state.
I hope to go back and have more treatments, but my wallet is telling me I have to wait!
