Unlike other H-​D stores, they do not have bikes for sale, but that is probably because they are on the second floor of a Michigan Avenue store front. Well, they don’t actually have store frontage. There is a receiving area with a stairway and elevator up to the second floor.
With that said, it is a cool store! Lots of H-​D apparel, both fabric and leathers, as well as safety kits, coffee mugs and footwear.
Staff was friendly and fun, without being pushy.
I scored some t-​shirts on sale and a couple of very cool «watch for bikers» bumper stickers.
Definitely worth the effort it takes to locate the door.

I needed a zip up hoodie for my dad for Christmas. I didn’t want to travel all the way downtown if they didn’t have what I wanted. I called for a certain style and Victoria took pictures of all of the hoodies in the size and style I needed and emailed them to me within minutes of hanging up with her. We emailed back and forth and she put the one I wanted on hold. Her service was amazing and she would be awarded for that. Something so simple makes things so much easier. Kindness goes along way.

This store is located on the second floor. The entrance has a huge video wall.
If you need anything HD then just stop by this Chicago branded store. Get all your Harley-​Davidson gear, including items stamped with a taste of Chicago. There is a washroom and a water fountain here. They have manikins strategically placed around the store with a lot of digital signage.

Great location and staff! This store has merch I haven’t seen in any other Harley store I’ve been to! Customer Service is amazing! I found some pretty cool presents for my family and friends.
