Center for Women’s Health

This review is for the staff and receptionists at the women health clinic. They seriously need inservice or a better training in customer service and holistic approach. They are very rude and don’t seem to care much about patients. Whatever happens to a good bedside manner nowadays?!? It is true that it takes forever to make an appointment here, the waiting list is 2 months when I truly need an important procedure done. Despite I explain that this is not a routine check up because this is a referral from my PCP to get a important procedure done, the receptionist is very ignorant and close-​minded saying that I can’t. Her answer is just cold without even letting me having a chance to further explain my case. The way the receptionist talked to me making me wonder whether they got their high school diploma yet or how they got hired in the beginning based on their attitude and vocabulary choice. Inservice for this please!!! In a mean time, I will have my PCP talks directly to the specialist here because I can’t stand its lazy staff anymore.

The only reason why I gave this medical clinic three stars is because of the amount of time it takes to make an appointment. Do not wait until the last minute to see a specialist because you wont get your appointment until weeks later. Also, come early if you can because there is always a wait. The staff is always very nice and sometimes even funny.

While I never look forward to my yearly trip to the gyno, I actually found myself enjoying the experience. The staff at the Center for Women’s Health was very nice and I only waited for 5 minutes before i saw the doctor. Doctor Cowett was also AMAZING. Very very nice and made the whole experience bearable. My only pet peeve was that they have a complicated process where you take your «billing sheet» down two floors to the bookkeepers. Unfortunately, The doctor’s office forgot to give me the billing sheet and I had to run around to try and find it. Other than that, 5 stars.
