Catwalk

I’ve lived in Chicago for four and a half years, and before Saturday, I had gotten my hair cut a grand total of three times in the city. Each time was an awful experience for some reason or another, so I insisted on having my hair cut back in Michigan, 450 miles away. This meant I got my hair cut twice a year, at best.
But all that changed on Saturday when I walked into Catwalk. Sam took great care of me. I was immediately put at ease in the friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and she cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. I’ve gotten compliments on my new ‘do and I love my cut. It looks good, is easy to maintain, and the best part is, I found my hair stylist in Chicago! I’m excited to see how my hair will look when I get it cut at a more reasonable interval. That is to say, I WILL be visiting Sam again.
Not that I need to go on, but I will. The price is beyond reasonable, especially considering her genius work. I didn’t get any color service done, but if I ever want to, this is the place to go!
I cannot sing enough praises about this place! If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Catwalk and Sam are the best thing to ever happen to hair. Not only will you leave looking hotter than you were when you arrived, you get to hang out with some really amazing people. I recommend Sam to everyone!!!

My first visit to Catwalk was for a party that created quite an eclectic experience. We perused the photography on the walls, checked out the kids jamming out in the space on their guitars, keys and laptop and I got an impromptu haircut by the talented Sam. I’m never the type to «float my own boat» but I look pretty darn good after Sam’s cut.
Catwalk definitely has a warm feel to it and I look forward to stopping by again for whatever reason they give me: haircut, art show, open mic… all of these will give you a smile on your face.
