Butcher Block Specialties

They are re-​opening with same owners. Give them a couple of weeks. Fresh Carnitas, and roasted chicken, wonderful meats, in a truly authentic environment. Worth the trip.

We like Butcher Block Specialties for their outstanding customer service, deli selection, large variety of fresh meats and seafood, and their outstanding catering options. They have hard to find cuts of meat.
We are looking to the weekend when Butcher Block Specialties offers their delicatessen specialties which include roasted lamb, roasted pork, rotisserie chicken, Greek potatoes, etc.
They also have a deli section offering hot dishes during the week, but we have not had a chance to visit the store and enjoy their specials Monday through Friday.
They assisted me with their catering services; whole rotisserie pig, lamb, goat, turkey — you name it and they prepare it for you. I placed a special order since I needed European-​style smoked pork chops for a party. The rack of pork chops was so tender and juicy that everybody wanted to know the name of my butcher and caterer. Thank you for making my dinner a great success.
The customer service here reminds us of the excellent service we are used to back home in Europe. We highly recommend this butcher and his team.

This is an awesome place to buy everything you need for any sort of party or BBQ. Beef, pork, and chicken. The old-​school owner will even show you how to breakdown whole animals. Go check this place out.
