I ordered 4 sausage, egg and cheese croissants with two orders of hash browns. When I got to the window, the cashier informed me to move back because I had her timer going. I ignored her and continued to wait for my order. She came back with an attitude and told me I was making her timer go. I can only assume the owner wants to track how long it takes for them to fill each order in the drive thru. I was surprised the manager, who was standing right there, never addressed this employee. When I received my order from the manager, the cashier was too angry to do her job, I noticed my hash browns had been dumped in the bag. The hash brown wrapper was on top of them. When I complained to the manager, she said she would give me a new order. She then said I put them in, they must have of fallen over. If they were in the bag initially, at least some should have remained in the wrapper. The manager was complicit in this nonsense. I called the corporate office and reported this mess. I am appalled by all of this. Poor customer service combined with an attempt to make a customer help them circumvent protocols put in place by the company. Don’t waste your time at this location.

Service is pretty good, but food is pretty greasy. You’re probably saying. but it’s fast-food! I’m talking about the paper wraps and paper bags! P. S. Whoppers usually do not come with cheese… When you ask for it, its going to cost you extra. Like 85 cents extra! How did my 2 for $ 4 whoppers come out to $ 5.70 before tax!!!
