Burger King

I get sick every time I eat here. The Health Dept should conduct a surprise visit. Beware!!!

These people need more than CSR training, food prep training, or a course in product brand dlivery. They seriously need a Health Department Inspection. Even McDonald’s 1976 green shamrock shake (better known as the spoiled milk malted), at least looked the part.

I know what you’re thinking. ‘5 stars? Relax its BK’ right? Yes, it’s just another BK as far as food goes. I went in for some coffee, today. I left in shock at how cool the staff was. The manager knew customers by name, the entire staff was polite and friendly, and the manager introduced himself. (And not in a weird way, either. lol) This kinda stuff goes a long way in my book. Thanks guys, keep up the good stuff.

On 4÷7÷13 I like many others drove though the drive thru.
Since 1992 I order the same thing at every Burger King. I ordered a Bacon Double Cheese Burger no pickles and the lady responded back «This isn’t Wendy’s» keep in mind I’ve been ordering the same thing for years and though the names have changed for many items they never stopped selling Bacon Double Cheeseburgers.
As many of the reviewers have pointed out those who work here are very «ghetto» and need retraining. This is no reason EVER for anyone to be condescending to their customers.
Your paid by your employer to do said work but again this is why people refuse to move businesses in the hood or go to a location with a lot of hood employees.
This Burger King is owned by the Heartland as a franchise. Ill be looking for a phone number to voice my displeasure with coming to this location.
Again, I could have took my money anywhere but I decided to stop in this area.

While I agree with Matt Y’s comment about putting a BK in the middle of a busy parking lot, overall my experience wasn’t that bad. (the traffic is kinda a bitch though!) I didn’t use the drive thru, and opted to eat inside. It was clean, and service was much more prompt than I expected. Inside, they have a plasma TV with the news on, so that was nice to watch before heading back to work!

Somebody is playing a joke right? They have got to be kidding putting a BK in the dead smack middle of an already congested parking lot. Somebody forgot to do customer-​training seminars with the employees before they opened for business. First, they have the double line drive through which was a total nightmare within itself. Second they person who receives my order was very ghetto and unprofessional, i.e. «Huh, what you say»? It took forever just to receive a simple #2 combo. I think I will gladly pass this establishment up from now on. As they say, you never get another chance to make a first impression. And they blew their first impression for me.
