Bow Truss is a wonderful addition to the Loop. I’ve tried nearly all their coffees including several seasonal options. The coffee is truly the highest quality. The staff is always very friendly. The wait is rarely long, even with a few people in line. Gluten-​Free tip: currently there are no GF food options.

Coffee is excellent and the staff is really friendly! I would recommend trying any of the single origin coffees they have on their pour-​over. The El Salvador, Ethiopian or the Costa Rican coffees are great! I also recommend a vanilla cortado! Delicious!
