Bombay Wraps tastes like a baby shit in a naan. I gave this place a few tries and it was booty doo every time. I assure you Indian food does not taste this bad. I would much rather walk a block north and eat at Naansense on Wells, a real fast casual Indian joint. Sorry Bombay wraps nice try, but complete and utter failure. Don’t pass go don’t collect $ 200.

Best Wraps I have had outside India. Their veggie options are very good.

Bombay Wraps was the popup restaurant in my office building’s lobby yesterday and my lunch was so good that I made it a point to log in and write this up really quick. I had the chicken tikka wrap with a side of samosas, which was perfect for lunch. Both items very fresh and tasty. The bread for the wrap was tender and not too much like some other wraps, which I’m usually not a fan of. The chicken was seasoned well and delicious. The samosas were crisp and flaky and surprisingly still warm, with a yummy potato/pea filling. I ordered mine spicy and they had just the right amount of kick. I don’t like to eat too much at lunchtime and the portions here were perfect. I spent $ 8 for lunch and couldn’t have been happier. I hope they come back!

This Chicken Tikka Wrap and Samosas hit the spot today!!! I am actually kinda made at myself I haven’t tried this sooner. I am a huge fan of UberEats. It is convenient, budget friendly, and a great way to try new spots around the city. I have seen this on the menu for weeks but yet to try it… until today. The samosa were crisp and flaky on the outside with such a perfect creamy potato pea filling and just the right balance of spices. The wrap was out of this world. The paratha bread was tender and flaky. The chicken was juicy and the spice level was just right. The cilantro mint chutney is so fresh and cuts a little of that tikka heat. Will definitely visit one of Bombay Wraps locations because that lamb curry looks like something that wants to be in my belly asaptually!

This is a great place to go to if you’re craving Indian, but don’t want to wait half an hour for food or pay more than $ 10. I had the chicken reshmi wrap and samosas. Both were pretty good, the only problem I really had was the chicken– it was so processed that it was kind of rubbery. But seeing the wrap is only $ 4, it makes sense. The wraps would be amazing if they used better quality meat.

I just ate a meal at Bombay wraps — the wraps are cheap like 4 $, but they are quite small so I do still feel a little hungry. I think two are probably required for many people. I had the chicken tikka wrap — the chicken was mediocre but the sauces made the whole thing taste good. The wrap part was delicious but I also know how much butter is put into the type of wrap they used. All in all its ok for a really quick meal(it took me 2 minutes to get my wrap) but nothing amazing in terms of food quality

Amazing wraps! Their lamb curry wrap is a must try! If you are going here for lunch, you might want to order a couple of wraps. One wrap is not gonna enough since they are really small in size.

People who work there are not from India. But you can get a good wrap for 3.99 — it is amazing on a Chicago Downtown… During Lunch hours — it is really full and we have to wait in the line. but today i went in the evening since they close at 6PM. Amazing and good place. None of them are from India– what a surprise. One should never miss this one… Amazing They have a deserts for 1 one dollar plus they have Biscuits which are available only in Indian stores in Orlando or Longwood, Florida. Amazing

I think the quality has gone down drastically. Not sure if there is a new management but ordered reshmi and panner wraps. Paneer was Ok but I saw the chicken in reshmi had no marination. They just put sause on top of it. The result was bland, stale taste. My friend ordered a chicken tikka and he said the same thing. It never use to be like that(experience from a year ago). Hope they improve on it.

I love this place and I am glad there is a spot for indian street food in the loop. I like that the menu is pretty small, so you aren’t milling over 200 choices during the lunch rush. I usually get the Chicken Tikka and the Chickpea Chana wrap. You can get your wrap spicy or not, but I recomend going for the heat. The place is small, so if you go often enough you’ll recognize the people behind the counter, which I appreciate because the people that work there are friendly.

Ordered from here last night online and they got most of it wrong. so weird since they make you fill out exactly how you want it, spicy or not, and they still got it wrong so a lot of the wraps we got were bland and not spicy enough. we ordered a salad and they sent a rice bowl, so that was kinda annoying. the wraps were ok, the chickpea and paneer one were the best. not sure i would order from there again since they got the order wrong.

I love this place for lunch. They are Bombay street food style wraps. I generally eat 2, but my male coworkers usually end up ordering 3. This is great because you can try lots of different flavors. My favorite wrap by far is the lamb curry wrap: it’s got some perfect chutneys and the lamb is braised to be so flavorful. The cheese paneer is also a great option. The Chicken Tikka let me down a little just because the chicken was a little dry — flavors were still marvelous. They close fairly early and it is in the Loop, so it’s a perfect lunch spot but don’t really expect to come for dinner. They also sell samosas and other Indian bites, but their mango lassis are worth the splurge once and awhile!

this review is for the service, not the food. I unfortunately didn’t get to order. I first walk in and am almost run over by a delivery guy. No problem, I hold the door open then rush to the other door and hold that for him, too(his hands were FULL and he seemed to be struggling). No thanks or acknowledgement that I’m going out of my way, but whatever. I return to the restaurant and am nearly overrun by another worker, and play out the same scenario. It was odd. I’ve never been to Bombay, so was curious what vegetables were part of the«vegetable medley» that accompanies the unwrapped wrap. The worker answers in clipped English and shows me chickpeas, onion, rice. I pointed to the menu and repeated my question, indicating it says it comes with either a vegetable medley or house salad. He says, yes — Vegetable, rice, chickpea. Not giving up, I try to order the unwrapped with house salad(forget the vegetable medley!). He tells me salads are on the menu. He then scoots away behind to the kichen. I wait a minute or two, then another worker says«ma’am…oh, nevermind.» I wait another minute and decide to take my business elsewhere. Poor customer service due to broken communication due to non-English speaking worker. It was an odd experience all around, and I’m still unsure what is in a vegetable medley.

I love this place. Discovered it while walking down wells trying to find something for lunch this past summer and I have been hooked ever since. I love Indian food so I’ve found the Chicken Tikka wrap to be a fun twist on a classic dish — great for lunch since it’s not heavy(but you’ll definitely want two wraps, or at least one wrap plus a side). My coworkers and I are obsessed with the sweet potato fries and spicy ketchup. Also, the staff are super friendly and accommodating, 5 stars!

The groupon pick up ordering feature is cool. The groupon allows you to use the deal amount and then use your saved card info to pay the difference. Then they email you a pickup time. As for the food– well, I don’t know if it’s the best thing to order to go. It’s very saucy so you unwrap a very messy sandwich. The wraps seem quite small as well, but they’re heavy on flavor, which makes them quite filling. I tried a chicken tikka on a flaky partha wrap and the cheese paneer on a wheat roti wrap, both with standard toppings. Flavor was good and both seemed on the healthy side, which I like. They’re heavy on onions, so if that’s not your thing, make sure you tell them to leave them out. I’d come again if I was having lunch in the area, but I’d eat in. Service was quick and friendly.

Super cheap, super fast, and a ton of flavor, I wish that Bombay Wraps was in the lobby of MY office building, but a four-block walk will have to do. I tried the Cheese Paneer wrap with a side of samosas and a soda, which came in for about $ 9. The paratha was very fresh and hot; the wrap isn’t exactly stuffed, but it was a good lunch portion size for a smaller adult. I asked them to make it as spicy as possible and was not disappointed(hot/spicy is always my preference!). The side of samosas was good but also small, so this combo had me a little hungry for more when finished. The better option for a larger adult is to do the two wraps and soda combo, I think it’s a better value. Very small space, and tables didn’t turn over very fast when I showed up for a 12:30 lunch on a Friday… if you need a table, best to show up here just before or after the 12 – 1 stretch on a weekday. Pepsi products, so as a Mountain Dew man, I was very happy to wash down this goodness with a splash of high-calorie soda!

Just okay. Fast casual Indian food, not a bad concept. Simple but good menu if you desire fast Indian food on the go. 20% off order between 4−6pm. The food was not very hot(heat), but tasty. Service was good.
