Food is really good and fresh like their chicken salads. but their delivery has been 30 to 40 min late in the 3 times we have ordered from there. So we order at 11 40am, email says we will get it by 12:40. The food actually gets here at 1:20 pm.. Not good!

Hope you are not too interested in getting what you ordered. Two cheeseburgers one with fries one with a baked potato. No fries and one burger only had ½ the condiments I requested. Seriously, how hard is it to take 2 burger orders and get them right. I called and the girl said she would call right back which did not happen. I’ll go to Superdawg next time.

This place is amazing!!! The owners and staff are always helpful and friendly!!! My kids and I love this place and frequently visit once a week since they first opened. If your looking for a bs fast food stop move on cause these people cook fresh and to order which I truly appreciate. Hot, fresh and awesome!!!

BEST burgers!!! Their so juicy, generous, and have a high quality beef taste! They have a good selection of toppings, including Merkt’s cheese. The buns are so delish, with butter and light crispness. Excellent customer service too. When there was miscommunication, due to a glitches in the online ordering, the manager promptly remade our order and personally delivered it!

Wanting to explore new restaurants in the area, I decided to try Blaze-​N-​Grill for the first time after reading through Unilocal reviews. Pro: their menu is available on their website which allowed me to place my order over the phone for pick-​up. I was told it’ll be ready in 15 – 20 minutes.
By the time I arrived (approximately 30 minutes later), a staff member was placing the final pieces of my order into the plastic bag. Seeing how tiny the dressing container was, I asked for another one about which she didn’t seem too thrilled.
Side story: As I was walking out the door, I heard 3 staff members yell, «Excuse me!». As soon as I turned around, I see 2 out of the 3 wave their hand at me while saying, «Oh, no, it’s okay. You’re good.», while the one who chased after me just stood there next to me, looking confused.
So, I go home and unpack the bags. I immediately noticed my Greek salad was missing the main ingredients: olives and feta cheese. I was quite annoyed as I even requested for extra olives when I placed my order. When I called the restaurant, I was offered a $ 6.00-store credit which I declined as I do not have any plans of going back there ever again. After being placed on hold for several minutes and having to explain the issue to 2 different persons, the cost of the salad was then refunded to my debit card.
My husband ordered the regular gyro platter with a side of rice and minestrone soup — he said everything was mediocre; and so were the chicken tenders and onion rings. All this, despite not having high expectations in the first place.
Bottom line is — regardless of the overall experience — I find absolutely nothing special about this place. Sorry.

This place is the bomb! They just recently remodeled new paint job and made the tables, chairs & booths all the proper heights. Believe me, it was totally off before. But now they are rockin’!
Back to the FOOD! Everything is fresh and delicious. I live for their grilled chicken! I get the grilled chicken sandwich on garlic bread. So good! Fries are good too, and they do NOT skimp, always more than i can eat.
They also deliver but since everything is made fresh, be prepared to wait. But in all honesty… just go in. The food tastes 100% better in the restaurant.
They have Coke products here, free refills and also have SEVERAL milk shake flavors here.

So my family of five came to eat at this location. The staff was extremely friendly from the moment we walked in the door.
My boys were «starving» and my daughter «the picky eater» wanted some food, we ordered «doubles» for the boys and a «single» for the picky eater. The server was like are you sure you want a double they are huge. Please keep in mind, I have football players and they never get full, but these burgers did not disappoint. My boys were completely STUFFED and my picky eater who NEVER finishes her food ate every morsel. The fries were freshly cut and perfectly cooked.
We recently moved here from California and this place was the closest we have found to our favorite burger joint. Most definitely our new «Go to».

The food is usually good however they can’t seem to get an order correct. Missing food, wrong quantities, and incorrect cooking temps. And their people skills are dreadful.

Food is tasty but 2 times in a tow my order has been delivered incorrectly. They can’t seem to get the orders right. I wind up paying for things I don’t receive and never get what I actually want,

Visited after the remodel and glad we did. Owner is super nice and very friendly service. Aleena was da best. Thanks for the free ice cream. Definitely helps out a busy mom feed a family affordable. Nice atmosphere too. My 8yo and the 70yo granny all loved the food. Perfect fries. Better than 5 Guys. Definitely will be back.

Top 5 burgers in the city, everything on the menu I have tasted is crazy delicious. Great service as well.

So prior to this visit today the restaurant was at 2 reasons the first time I had ordered a chicken sandwich and fries
The chicken was as hard as a dogs chew toy the fries (fresh cut) were soggy and oily and threw them out

The environment is very friendly and chill

I have driven by Blaze-​N-​Grill dozens of times. They have solid reviews so I thought I would check it out. It’s a small restaurant on a triangular site where Milwaukee Ave intersects with Devon. As the name suggests they have a ton of different grilled foods. Everything from burgers, ribs, gyros, chicken, Philly cheesesteak, Italian beef, Italian sausage, steak sandwiches. They also have salads and hand cut fries
Blaze-​N-​Grill has a lunch special from 11am-​3pm. If you buy a sandwich for an extra dollar you can get either hand cut fries or salad along with a soda drink or bottle water. One healthier the other not so healthy.
When I went in the I was the only one there as it was about ½ an hour before noon. The girl working the register was very nice and helpful in making suggestions about what to order when she found out I was a virgin (yes it was my first time there). They are known for their burgers so I decided to try a cheddar bacon cheese burger. After I placed my order and was waiting the place began to fill up with hungry customers. Now burger places are a dime a dozen with a far range of different toppings that can go on the burger. There burgers are fairly simple in addition the cheese & bacon I got lettuce, tomato & grilled onions. Even though they are fairly simple they are delicious. The meat quality is very good. The beef is grass fed organic beef. Their burgers are very good.

They get a big up for the fresh cut fries and the friendly staff. But the problem with this place is cleanliness. The table I sat at was very sticky. Sticky to the point that it needed to be sanded down and re-​sealed. It’s why wooden cutting boards are a bad idea. The bacteria gets into the wood and never comes out. Ketchup/​catsup squeezer was the same. Sticky. And dirty. An automatic dishwasher is a must, especially when who knows how many customers come in with dirty hands, and then they touch their food, their mouth, etc. Those bottles should be emptied and washed daily. Or better yet, get individual packets. Maybe more money, but more hygienic.
As for the food, I had a gyro. It was pretty good, but that’s really a matter of not letting the meat dry out. The fries were ok, but burned. I could have gone to Superdawg across the street, but I’m not a fan of their dogs, either.

This is a gem the food was amazing the people here were very friendly the tiny Asian girl at the register was cut funny, I did not know what to order so I asked about the Philly steak and she practically jumped over the counter with excitement just to say how good it was so I took her lead and ordered it she recommended all the fixings and I was very pleased I think they should let them have their day to suggest meals to customers lol if the food was not great I would come back just because of the friendly faces that greeted me, but the food was Awesome so I give this place 10 big thumbs up

I went back here recently and the food and service is amazing! Love the full slab of baby back ribs, gyros, caesar salad, italian beef, and double bbq bacon burger!

The gal at the register was very professional, on point and super cute… Which never hurts ;). I summarize my stay by saying this:
Best. Burger. I have had in YEARS and arguably ever. I cannot say enough. Brilliant.

Their Bacon Cheeseburger is delicious. I’ve only been here twice and both times picked up the Bacon Cheeseburger. I have to agree with «Ashour R» for the price, I can’t justify going back to Lead Belly. Don’t get me wrong, I like Lead Belly, but for the price why? The burger is a meal in in itself. Their fries seasoned well and served crispy.
Several friends have recommended other food items on their menu, but for me it will be difficult not to order their burgers.

Great tasting hamburgers and more. I’ve dined in a couple times in the past many months since last summer. They offer thrifty meal deals and can pair them with different sides (i.e. salad or fries, etc) or drinks (not just soda). I like that their salads come in a handy plastic container. I can add the dressing, shake it up and then enjoy. I also dig that they offer Mekt’s cheddar and give an ample amount for a cheddar burger sandwich. Unlike one of their burger competitors from across the forest preserve that cheaps’ out with a nil serving.
Service is helpful and often offered with a smile. It’s worth the bookmark and the visit. My visits have always been «dine-​in» and I’ve been thoroughly satisfied.

Placed an order through GrubHub for Blaze-​N-​Grill last night after getting back to my new apartment WAY too late, and having a sick, hungry boyfriend waiting for me. I was feeling like a steak sandwich, and Blaze-​N-​Grill had decent reviews. Can’t say I was disappointed!
We had:
1 ribeye steak sandwich on garlic bread
1 double merkt’s cheddar burger with everything
1 cheesy dog with everything
2 orders of cheese fries
I will say, the burger was BOMB. When my boyfriend opened it, I immediately had to taste a bite, because it looked way better than my piddly little steak sandwich. And boy, WAS IT. I would definitely order Blaze-​N-​Grill for burgers again! I’d skip the steak sandwich though.
The cheese fries were just okay, I’m pretty sure I asked for the sauce on the side, but it came on top, which makes the fries soggy. I’m sure asking for well done fries would fix that. Also, I figured since they had a Merkt’s burger, that they used Merkt’s cheese on their fries, but it was just regular nacho cheese. Oh well.
Definitely a solid 4 stars. Delivery was fast, the driver was friendly (our buzzer isn’t set up yet.)
