I’ve worked with Luke for years and he’s honestly one of the best agents I know in the business! He not only thinks outside of the box and gets creative in finding properties off the beaten path, but has a strong background with real estate investments, rehab/​value-​add projects, and more.

Luke is an excellent real estate broker with a ton of knowledge about distressed properties all over the city. Several of my friends have worked with him to purchase investment properties and personal properties and they have all reported a very positive experience. He knows Chicago’s neighborhoods well and spends much of his day scouting real estate for investment purposes. If you are looking to buy a distressed investment properties, give him a call.
