Bismark Enterprises At United Center

Unfortunately, Bismark has now been replaced by Levy at the UC. Most people probably did not appreciate Bismark while they had the contract. But their portions were a lot more generous than what is now offered and their prices lower.
My guess is Levy did a lowball bid to steal the contract and thus raised the prices and cut the portion size to compensate. However, it is still Connie’s pizza, the same hot dogs, nachos etc. Nachos and fries are especially chinzy portions now compared to what we previously got with Bismark.
This is the 3^rd season for these guys and I recommend you stop and eat elsewhere before you come to the UC for any event to avoid getting gouged here.
Get a few drinks in you too as here you will pay at least just under 8,00 for a beer. not including the tip if you choose to do so. Tipping the beer vendors? What most people don’t know is their tip is already buily into the price. They make .75 per beer sold. That means they make $ 18 for each case they sell… about 2 cases an hour conservatively. With the $ 1 plus they get tipped, they are making over $ 50 an hour. How much do you make?

2ND Update:
Rocky Wirtz has made many changes including the quality of some of the foods however, I went to a concert last week and the nachos were STALE! They gave me another batch but I would still proceed with CAUTION!
