After some effort was able to schedule a meeting with Anthony for a visit/​estimate for insulation. He never showed up for the appointment nor did he call to indicate the need for rescheduling.

Provided quote for foaming attic that was highly competitive. Arrived on time and finished the job on time. The guys who did the work were clearly conscientious about keeping a very dirty job as clean as possible and put lots of effort into minimizing the spread of old fiberglass insulation into the main part of the house. (If you’ve ever felt the itch that fiberglass dust causes, you’ll really value that last comment).
Some minor miscommunications with the salesman lead to 4 stars.
