Beth is magic. I have a painful, chronic foot condition and 2 sessions of some very simple, focused work on the area released a pain pattern that had been plaguing me for some time. I was pain free both times after she worked on me for several days after being in unrelenting pain for a year.
Beth is very intuitive and seems to know just where to go to on my body, how to approach me in ways that always leave me feeling so well-​tended, seen and cared for.

Beth was extremely accommodating, coming to my home in the burbs for a 60-​minute massage. I had been having a lot of stress-​related problems with my neck and Beth focused on that area. It was AMAZING! I have told other massage therapist to focus on an area, and no one ever seems to be able to work out the tension in one 60-​minute. session. Beth did. She is great! I highly recommend her, especially if you are located in or near downtown.

I went to see Beth when I wrenched my back. She asked me detailed questions in order to zone in on my impact zones, and checked in with me during treatment to make sure I was OK. I had an hour massage and when I left I felt like I could move again like I normally do. I would say if you’re like the Tin Man reaching for your oil can, it’s worth a trip to see Beth!

I had the best massage I have ever had. Beth is very gentle when needed and really worked on some tough (and very sensitive) knots. I was not sore the next day like some other places I’ve had massages and had much more relief from the pain.
I will definitely be back, and can’t wait!

Seriously everybody should get a massage or therapeutic service from Beth! There are a lot of masseuses our there but Beth truly cares about your experience and healing. She’s highly trained, super knowledgeable, and can really hone in on what ails you. I had a massage yesterday and yowzas did it work wonders. She does everything from Swedish massages, to reflexology, to Asian body work of all sorts, and more. You’ve only got one body, so treat it right. Beth will help you do just that.

Beth is very knowledgeable and explains the techniques and terminology to people like myself, that don’t know the difference between techniques and philosophies like cupping and reiki and muscles like the soleus and glutes. You can tell that she really enjoys this work and helping people.
