I had been growing my brows out for 3 months (after what can only be described as a brow massacre) so you can imagine how leery I was of trying someone new again. After asking friends and scouring reviews I gave myself a pep talk and walked in intent on just getting it over with. I was nonplussed at the set up (out in the open by the doors) but then realized this is actually a good thing, it allowed me to be the creepy chick watching from Lush to see who’s eyebrow sculpting looked the best. In the time it took me to smell every freaking bath bomb twice (I may have been stalling) I decided to ask if Nichole was available, luckily she had an opening before I could chicken out. Nichole asked questions, listened to what I did/​did not want, and when I mentioned my evening plans she went above and beyond and showed me some quick makeup tricks and gave me a new natural look. I’m soooo happy with my experience, my brows, and my new bodacious brow broad!

This location is okay. They usually have availability and are generally friendly. There just isn’t that extra attention that makes it worth coming to outside of the training and knowledge the brow bar specialists have. I’d recommend going to the Macy’s on Randolph to see Rosie or Vanessa.

Been twice so far and scheduled for a third. The girls are super friendly and it’s been easy to schedule appointments. I liked how my gal explained the process and what she was doing because they color in your brows and draw lines first, to give them kind of a template to know exactly where they need to wax/​tweeze. I’m sure it looks a little weird to passerby’s. It was a little weird at my first appointment though because you’re right in the middle of the open mall, but who really cares, right! That was my first time experiencing that and I really liked how they did it. My brows were totally uneven and she’s helping me to get them right! Would definitely recommend if you need your brows done.

The brow bar is a great place to get your brows or any other facial waxing done in under 20 minutes. They are fast, efficient and do an awesome job. They also are very helpful in locating the perfect product for you in the millions they have at the counter. I had opportunity to work at this location over the weekend and Abe and Ashley were super friendly and professional!

I waltzed in on a work trip, walking all around downtown, so I could justify eating an Eataly pizza and popped in Macy’s to check out Lush (haveta get some bath bombs where I can), and happened upon the Benefit Brow Bar right there. I saw Cathy giving someone a wax, and being as my brows hadn’t been touched in AGES, I took a risk and asked her (after her customer was done and checking out) if she had time to squeeze me in, even though it was after 7:00pm. She said her other appointment was running behind and would love to.
First, let me preface by saying I’m a brow fanatic. It took me 2 years to find the best, and I mean BEST, brow technician in all of Nashville and then converted all my friends. Since I’ve moved to Texas, I’ve read reviews for HOURS and still am not 100% happy with anyone I’ve tried. I took a HUGE risk to just walk up to Cathy and trust her without any reviews. Honestly, it was a bit reckless, but I was desperate.
Let me just say, Cathy did a FANTASTIC job! I mean it. She didn’t thin me out (always my greatest fear) and shaped it perfectly (by eye, no tools used, which did alarm me a little, but you can tell she’s a pro). Next time I’m in Chicago I will book an appointment with her, and you should, too! And for only $ 20, that’s a STEAL! I pay $ 25 – 30 typically, so to pay 20 + tip was lovely.

They put me through brow rehab, my eyebrows were a mess before I started coming to Benefit. This is the only brow bar I will go to, I love this place! I always get compliments on my brows. Susan is the sweetest and does an amazing job on my brows and afterward they always touch me up! I recommend this place to all my friends and family

I was ecstatic to find out that this location did brow tinting because they didn’t before. The lady waxed my brows before tinting and charged me for both wax and tinting, which I was kind of upset about because I didn’t ask for the wax in the first place. I paid for both services, but they should be more careful about that kind of stuff.

Well, while I did not get my brows done, all of my girls did. The staff here was very professional and courteous. My girls walked right up, sat down and were treated very well. I stood and listened to the ladies explaining how they were going to shape their brows and noticed that they took the time to listen to the person they were working with. Bottom line all three of my girls were extremely happy and will return for future services. Thank you!
