Baskin-Robbins

This is by far the worst BR I have been to. First let me start by the chaotic morning rush. The cashiers and other staff behind the counter have absolutely NO personality. I would not even call the people who work here baristas. In my opinion no matter what time of the day you visit this location the service is substandard. During non-​peek hours I have to yell for a counter server to come into the front to serve me. It is usually one person behind the counter so they have to service all of the traffic for Dunkin and BR. If you ask them to go easy on the sugar because I do not want to develop diabetes they lay it on thick. Pretty much you will always have a nice sugary layer at the bottom of your ice coffee or tea. The freezers are always locked with a giant pad lock when I come here. Which I have to wait for the only counter person to walk around and open it. That really does not leave any opportunity to browse their selections. The bathroom is always locked which I understand why. The annoying part of normal experience here is the noise created by the neighborhood regular customers. If you are planning to study this may not be the location for you. I would like to note the recent renovations are fantastic.
