Bank of America

I don’t like coming to this location much since they seem to have a thing with not fixing the potholes in the ATM lane. I had informed a bank employee and seems like she was a bit clueless as to reporting this to the branch manager to get someone to repair this and she said it was city property… um no sweetie it’s in the drive up ATM lane which makes it bank property. I thought I was talking to a complete airhead. I also don’t like how this location seems to be one that attracts bums to harass people coming out of the bank or any of the businesses next to the bank. I can understand why the bank looks like a currency exchange with the thick plexi glass windows. They need to clean up the parking lot and stop letting bums congregate there and security being lax and not doing their job. The walk up ATM area could be a little cleaner with people not leaving their receipts thrown everywhere there’s a thing called a trash can they need to put one in there.
