Bank of America

Bank of America is the worst! Nothing is every easy or efficient. I should have know that trying to pick up blank checks on a weekend would have been a complete waste of time. To start, the line was 4 people deep and I had to wait 40 minutes to get to the cashier. There was only one person working the cashier windows on a Saturday. Then to top it off they don’t offer blank checks to customers with checking accounts — very inconvenient. Chase offers blank checks, why wouldn’t Bank of America?! Now I get to order checks on their website and wait for them to come in the mail, Thrilling! I love waiting for USPS to deliver mail.
Avoid banking with Bank of America!!! It’s always and inconvenience to deal with this bank!

The worst bank I’ve seen yet. I don’t like that you have to literally wait for fifteen minutes or more while some of the staff are sitting in their offices and just having a relaxing conversation on their cell phones while some of us are limited on time. I am appalled that one lady (senior) said she couldn’t wait any longer since shes been there for over 25 minutes yet she could hear his conversation. Come on this is uncalled for and I refuse to wait when someone is carefree and so nonchalant about taking care of customers vs just chit chatting on their phone and it’s so obvious it’s a personal call, just downright disgusting. Leave your issues at home and work with the public vs speaking on your phone with your wife or girlfriend, that makes for a better experience for everyone. Just downright disrespectful. Also, the bank refuses to budge on remodifying my mortgage so guess what? I’m selling and that’s that. Never have I worked with an uncooperative corporation!
