I have been taking my vacuums to this store for 20 years and have never had a problem. No, you may not get one day service. It’s not Amazon. First come first served as long as the part is in. My vacuum always come back all cleaned up without any extra unneeded work. If you absolutely cannot go a day without your vacuum, they have a very extensive selection. Support local businesses.

I took my vaccum to be repaired at B&V and would never go back. It took them over a month to fix it. They never called to follow up with us. I was calling every week to ask about the progress. The guy answering the phone was rude and none interested in helping.
