This location is open. It’s a decent manicure for a decent price. Nothing fancy.

This is the worst pedicure I have ever gotten in my whole life. I said«ow!» at least 5 times and he didn’t seem to care. He cut me then put alcohol on it and burned like crazy. There was no massage of my feet or legs. He rubbed my feet for 1 minute with dry rubber gloves. The next morning I woke up with scabs bc he filed my skin. And it’s also dirty, silent(besides the scrambled tv) and workers were eating. Don’t do it.

Overpriced … Different treatments for everyone … Some people get back massages after nails and some don’t. Some get great long pedicures with great scrubbing and others don’t. My feet are just as rough as they were when I came in… Basically just a polish change.

I got a pedicure here a few months ago that was fine but got a no-chip manicure($ 40) on Monday that’s so sloppy, it’s embarrassing. And it took a full hour from start to finish. I work in the building but no amount of convenience is going to get me to come back. I’d give it one star were it not for the decent pedicure I got here previously.

I was worried after reading all the bad reviews for this place, but since it’s near my office I gave them a try. My manicure was great! I did let them talk me into the VinyLux for $ 3 more(regular mani $ 17, VinyLux $ 20), and my girl Chi was very detailed and nice, and I walked away with a beautiful nails. It’s certainly not the most beautiful space in the world, but I’m happy to have another go-to nail spot in the neighborhood.

The only thing I can say about this place is that it’s fast. I’ve been there twice, and the first time my manicure started chipping in 3 days. I figured this was a fluke, or I had spent too much time with my hands in water, so I went back. On that second visit, the nail tech did not clean off the excess from my cuticles after painting my nails, and when I came home I noticed they were somewhat scratchy. I took a closer look and saw streaks in the color application, that the color was uneven around the tips, that she didn’t re-glue the patch properly, and that one of my nails had a rough edge because it wasn’t buffed completely! Chipping started on the 4th day. Their space at 875 N Michigan used to be «Fingers and Toes», which was great. No one at Azure will talk about why they are gone, and since I had been given a gift certificate to Fingers & Toes, I was disappointed to lose the gift. When I asked the new owner about Fingers & Toes, he was very unfriendly. Needless to say, I won’t be going there again.

If I could give no stars I would. This was by far THEWORST manicure I have EVER gotten. I’m pissed at myself for even paying. This place should not be in the John Hancock. And for the prices they charge(it’s no deal) they should have the place cleaned up and actually take care of their clients instead of doing a less than half ass job. I think she spent a total of 15 minutes«cleaning up my nails & painting them» and the paint chipped that night. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I can’t believe they have enough clientele to stay open. Do not waste your time. You will not be happy with the outcome.

Go someplace else, not worth it. I decided to give this place a shot, since it’s new, to have gels done. By the time she was done«shaping» my nails, there’s hardly any white tips left(pointless when getting white tips). I never knew if she was talking to me or someone else, probably because I there were two people crammed on either side of me about 2 inches away. The gel has bubbles, I thought my nails were going to separate from my finger tips while she was working and for $ 50?! I’m so not happy. Choose wisely if you want to go here, I’m going to be busy scraping the extra glue off my fingers for the next 3 days.

Came here the other day for a no chip because I work in the building. It’s super bright white inside, kind of blinding actually. My no chip was expensive– $ 45. I added a tip, and I don’t think excess of $ 50 for a no chip every two weeks is reasonable.
