Short version — Audio Video Architect installed two systems in our home, neither one of which works as promised, and then vanished. I have been emailing and calling for months with no response. They have the passwords and the programming files that someone else will need to try and fix this mess, but aren’t responding. So after having spent about $ 6,000, we now must start all over from zero. I’m not sure they’re even still in business but if they are, spare yourself the wasted cash and aggravation.

I rarely rate a company with 5-​, but I think they deserve it! I was working on an in-​store promotion where I wanted to play videos to promote our specials. I had no idea where to begin. My sales rep, Jason, walked me through the process and took care of everything from the concept, creative design to installation. They even worked with me on a plan to update my message every month. When someone makes my life easier they get all 5 stars!
