I walked in and asked for pricing. What I got was someone who barely spoke English, which I could deal with, if they didn’t get lippy with me. WTF?! #1! She started answering my pricing questions after prodding and asking multiple times, and then she refused to answer my questions. WTF?! #2. She asked me why I wanted to know. WTF?! #3! Are you kidding me?! By this time I was completely baffled at the lack of customer service, lack of English, and lack of friendliness and helpfulness. I finally got frustrated with her, raised my voice, told her I lived in the freaking building and I want to know prices so I can decide to use them or not. She likely didn’t understand 90% of what I said, but she did finally shut up and answer my questions! *Maybe because I looked like a crazy person by this point. ;-)
Pricing:
Dress Shirts– $ 1.30
Suits– $ 6 or $ 6.50
Pants– Still no idea after asking it like five different ways; I just gave up. WTF?! #4!
She did say, in broken English, that if you drop off your stuff in the morning, you can pick it up same day in the evening.
