While it took a Better Business Bureau complaint, ABoC did refund my money and late fee, and admitted that they«concurred with the customer’s assessment.» I still think the rude, dishonest employee who lied to me about the reality of the situation(basically saying that businesses had a right to charge a cancelled card in perpetuity and there was nothing the bank could do about that) and hung up on me for saying her assertions were ‘nuts’ should apologize, but whatever.

I was treated very poorly by this bank. The mangers were very insensitive and did a bad job with the work I gave them. Upper management did apologize for the poor quality performance of their employees with my banking work but that sorry doesn’t make up for the time and money their poor performance cost me!
