BUYER BEWARE! This company claims that they give free quotes. When the plumber, Bill, came to my house today for an estimate, he used a sewer camera and then charged me $ 250 without warning us that he would charge us for this service ahead of time. When I called Mary to tell her about what happened, she claimed that she had warned me about this prior to the visit, and yelled at me when I said it would be nice if Bill had warned us for what services we were going to be charged for before he did it. Mary was absolutely rude. I will never call them again.
