Definitely stay away from this company. Repair for dishwasher turned into a repeated need to come back. Issue was never fixed and the part they replaced was really not needed at all. Finally had to call another company, repaired for half the cost and actually fixed the issue. I would def stay away if you 1. value your time, 2. value your money 3. want good service. YUCK!!!

After three days of waiting to hear about an estimate, we did hear back on an estimate. They gave us an estimate based on the information they had from the technician who visited our home, but said it would probably end up being much higher as the technician did not look at our product in depth. What? Wasn’t that the purpose of brining a technician out to give us a repair estimate? Of course, all of this occurred right after they cashed our check. I would stay away from this place. Basically the $ 69 initial fee is for them to come to your home, physically look at your appliance, and say «its broken».

I was put on hold for 10 minutes and when I finally got to speak to a person, I was told it would be two weeks before they could send someone out. Don’t offer SAME DAY SERVICE when you can’t even offer same week service! What a complete joke. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I had two appliances that needed repair. Called this company and was told it would cost $ 75 per appliance just to look at it and if the appliance actually needed repairs it would be applied to the cost of the repair. I was also told it would be over two weeks to get someone to our place. At 3:30 on the day of the repair, I called them to ensure they were still coming and was informed that someone «tried to call» to cancel. I told them that no one called me or left a message and that I had taken the day off to work from home just for the purpose of getting our appliances repaired. I am so pissed. I waited two weeks, took the day off of work and no one had the decency to show up!
