I love this location! All of the employees are extremely friendly especially Maryola — she always finds time to help me and answers all my questions. The store is the perfect size and very clean. You can easily find what you need in an efficient amount of time here. Great prices

Once you«get» Aldi and get used to shopping here it is hard to shop elsewhere. I just hate to pay more for the same things elsewhere. I love their specialty foods and inexpensive holiday party supplies(plates, appetizers, etc).

I ‘m still at odds with myself over Aldi Foods. I am not sure if I hate it or love it. but to save on money, I think that I will return for some of their items. Today was the first time in my life that I have ever set foot in one. I’ve had some friends rave about this store, others totally creeped out. I have no idea why I avoided it for as many years that I have. other than the weird hours that I kept pre and post baby. I think that the majority of their stores close before 8pm. For those who have never been in an Aldi, I will share my experience from the moment that I set foot in the store. 1.Carts. In order to use a cart, you have to deposit a quarter into as slot that releases the chain that attaches it to another. You get your quarter back… but I guess it is to ensure that people return the carts where they belong and so that carts don’t get stolen or damage cars in the parking lot. 2.This location is fairly new compared to most, so it is relatively clean. 3. Organization of products doesn’t really exist here. Aisles are limited. so you will find cleaning supplies next to cake mixes, random specials such as storage containers next to the produce, chips next to oils, etc. It kind of threw me for a loop. 4.They do sell meat here… I just wouldn’t buy it here unless it’s cryovaced, a frozen product or prepackaged lunch meat. 5.They don’t sell organic milk or flavored creamer. :( 6. They sell alot of processed food and junk food for such a small place. 7. You have to bag your own groceries. This is no biggie to me since I am used to that at Costco… but jimimny I would immediately be fired if I were ever a bagger. I couldn’t keep up. They just kept piling the stuff in my cart and I ended up having to bag the stuff at my car. 8. You have to bring your own bags or buy them. I ended up buying 1 of their frozen bag keepers and 2 of their reusuable bags because the shape and size were perfect. much better than the ones that I have seen at other stores. What I hate about buying reusable bags is that every store that has them uses it as marketing ploy. Great. on the retail side I understand this, but as a consumer, it irritates me that I am advertising for them and paying them instead of vice versa. I hate brand logos on anything! 9. Despite what is listed on the reivews, they only accept cash or atm cards, so if you didn’t know this before you started shopping, you are SOL. I spent a total of $ 99 there. My cart was filled to the top, and I purchased about 2 weeks of groceries for a family of 3. $ 5 of that purchase was spent on grocery bags. :(The best bets here are their 2.5lb flash frozen stir fry veggie mix for $ 2.99. It comes with a sauce packet and with a bit of pasta or rice, it’s a really filling meal. I also recommend their 1lb of lunch meat for $ 2.99. I was shocked that the lunch meat was actually pretty good. Produce is hit or miss… it’s shrink wrapped so you can’t inspect it fully. I was ticked to find that the side of one of the green peppers that I bought had a serious crack on one side. Stuff that I bought that I thought was gross? Their coffee. Even Folgers is better. The pot that I made tasted like it was sitting out for 5 hours. Hot dogs… another pass… not as bad as Whole foods hot dogs. but more like Oscar Mayer type. Absolutely no snap to them. By far my worst purchase? The frozen General Tso’s chicken. I have no idea why I bought that, and I should turn in my Asian card. Absolutely disgusting and reeked.

I guess if you want a couple of snacks for a pretty low price then I suggest going here… great if you’re serving snacks to a ton of people for a party but I would stay away from meat and produce just because the selection is lacking and the produce is almost non-existent. I like the southwest egg rolls they have that you have to heat in the oven. Take your own bag because they cost 5 cents and 10 cents for each of the different bags and you have to bag your own stuff. Oh…some of the knock off cereal is pretty good but stay away from the fake frosted flakes… NODEAL!
