Aircor Air Conditioning and Heating

Terrible start… They were supposed to arrive between 10:00 am and 11:00 am. I called at 11:10 and the guy told me they were on the way. By 12:00, when they had not arrived or called, I called again and left a voicemail. I got a call back at 12:30 telling me they were on the way and would be there in 20 minutes. At 1:23, when they had still not arrived, I called him and he said it would be 5 minutes. I asked him for his definition of a minute. They showed up at 1:35. Very frustrating that I had to take an entire day off of work because you don’t know how to appropriately manage time.
The actual service from the technician was good and I felt better after what began as a very frustrating start.
UPDATE: After submitting this review, I got what I consider to be a very appropriate and thoughtful email apology from the company. Rather than make excuses, they apologized. This went a long way with me.

Javier replaced our upstairs HVAC system. They did a great job at a fair price. I would definitely use Aircor again and recommend them to others. They were on time, reliable and kept a clean job site.

Love their services. I always have their company do work on all my realestate transactions as well as recommend them to my clients. And they have never let me down. I can call them at 1am and have reliable on call service. I highly recommend them!
