I’m gonna be honest — I think this place is discriminatory. After reading all of these reviews, and hearing everyone saying they buy“diamonds” here, I believe Adam’s jewelry was discriminating against people of color, (me being probably one of the rare persons of color that has walked into the European owned/​European clientele jewelry store in a predominant Polish neighborhood). I walked in there looking for a diamond ring as a gift, and the ladies behind the counter literally watched me and my boyfriend at the time, walk in there with out greeting us. Our presence became very awkward in the small jewelry shop as no one acknowledged us and the ladies that were there glanced at us and chatted very loudly with each other in another language. When a woman finally decided to see what we were looking around for, I told her «Hi, I’d like to see all the diamond rings in a size 7 please», before she told me there are NO real diamonds in the store. Everything, and I mean every part of the store I pointed out, she insisted was «cubic zirconia». It was the weirdest thing. I had a hunch something wasn’t right when she insisted that. Reading the reviews that came after mine was posted a couple years ago confirms my suspicion. I didn’t jump to conclusions about the store, or the people that worked in it. I was simply being lied to about their entire inventory by the people that work there. Why? Probably to discourage people of color from shopping there.

pay you a visit !!! I’m very surprised that your store is still in business !!! You are the one who is stating false facts ! None of those happened. You just trying to look nice by writing bunch of bull s**t under my review! So you thing you are a smart*ss ?!

Decent prices, compared to chain jewelry stores like Zales & Jared. Their customer service is non-​existent! Staff is snobby and rude, the customer is never «right» at this store, forget your refund.
