It’s pricey, but they know what they are talking about. If you have a question on what you need, I would come here over Home Depot because they will lead you in the right direction. That is what you pay extra for here.

Went in and asked the guy in the back to cut a very small wooden pole would have taken 30 seconds told me no they were too busy then when he saw I was upset told me to leave it there and come back in an hour told him no thanks and told him I’ll go somewhere else and I also left the stain and paint brush I was going to buy just bad customer service

I took in a double-​pane window for repair. Frank was super helpful from the word «Go.» My only issue with the service was the glass arrived one week later than estimated. However, this would not fall under the hardware store’s purview. Thanks, Ace!

Place is great, limited inventory but the staff is great. You will not be able to walk 15 feet in the store with out the staff asking to help you with what you are looking for like most Ace hardware stores.

Small, friendly neighborhood store. Every time I go in there, someone approaches me and asks if I need help. I especially like the teamwork I see among the employees. If one person doesn’t know/​have the answer, they’ll ask someone else who does. Never had bad service here. I’m willing to pay a bit more to support a local business rather than fund the big box store.

I prefer this store over any of the mega-​hardware stores in our area. I bring in my list and within seconds of walking in, a friendly face greets me and helps me find everything I need. Unless you need to buy bulk materials, I highly recommend this hardware store!

Ok, so the store is small and cramped but they get 5 stars for their service. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. They actually spent half an hour with me to find a very specific size bolt; half an hour to help me spend about 50 cents in their store. Go there for the helpful, friendly staff, if they don’t have what you need, have them order it.
