9 Nails

I have been going to this place for years and never have I had to complain until today I am not going to be considerate about this topic if I go to a nail salon its to get my nails for many women this is there alone time and by that I mean «no freakin children» it’s probably the only 2 hours we get to ourselves I have 4 kids and if in planning to go and get a service done at a beauty salon or nail salon I’m not taking my kids 1 because it’s me time 2 I M considerate to the other people there today there were 2 woman with the same child getting a pedi and nails done this little monster was all over the place like it was there house toys, food, and baby bottles everywhere wtf he’s running all over distracting the workers and keeping me from getting my shit done and these 2 stupid ass woman on the phone instead of watching that little monster while he is sticking his cell phone inside the uv light and all she could say no Lorenzo don’t do that like he gave a shit Ladies keep your freakin children at home it’s a nail salon not a freakin Daycare !!!

I have been going to this place for years and it is the best place!!! And let me tell you, I am picky. Even though I moved, I could not find a place that clean my nails so well. I recommend the young girls there, they do a great job and very nice designs! The only thing is they need to work in their customer service skills but other than that, a very happy customer.

Ive been getting my nails done here for a while and ilove the service. Havent had anything bad done yet and ihope it stays like that.

Went in a few years ago for a manicure. The guy painted all 10 of my nails halfway. Someone else had to remove the polish and re-​do them.
Returned with my mother (I don’t know why she goes here…) I asked for gel overlay. She used acrylic. I didn’t really mind but they are charging for something they aren’t doing. I try not to be fussy, but this place takes no pride in what they do. I had to ask her over and over to fix things on my nails and I just got tired of it. Wish I would give 0 stars.

I’ve been here once, exactly 8 days ago.
I got a full set of gel nails done i asked the lady to instead of using the white powder (clear nails) to use pink powder she said it was $ 5 more I said ok. So she does my nails long story short I paid $ 30 and they didn’t look pink at all and one of the nails came off already… This does not happen with gel nails. Gel nails break off in pieces and they crack and last longer! The lady I had was exactly the one with the short bob! I won’t be coming back here

I work nearby and stepped in here one day and they did a great job on my American manicure and I got hooked. However I did not like that costumers bring their kids in this establishment. I should be a bit considerate but I just don’t like kids running around me, while getting my nails done. It’s a Salon not a daycare center. Also there’s a woman with a short Bob hair cutt, DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go to her. She is always in a hurry and does a million things and talks on the phone while doing your nails. She does your nails fast and doesn’t take her time, at least take a little time on someone’s nails seeing is that you paid for the service to be done right, not quick and sloppy. I wish I knew her name but I just know she is short, skinny and her hair color is burgandy and it is cutt into a Bob, if you get her you will have sloppy not so neat nails. All the other employees do a great job on nails especially on French & American manicures.
