I wish I could give this location ZERO stars!!! The night cashier(female) is extremely rude!!! After introducing a new Jamba Juice machine the location failed to accurately change their prices. The price said $ 1.89 for a large cup and placed right above the price was a large Jamba Juice cup. I filled it and went to pay and she wanted to charge me $ 3.49 when the sign clearly said $ 1.89. Gave terrible attitude when the situation could’ve easily been fixed and made no attempt to give friendly customer service. Oh thank heaven for any other 7⁄11 location.

A review and a downgrade a day later, hell yes! I almost fell to the floor laughing. I regrettably decide to stop in because there was no other choice. I walk in the door, and right past the registers. So what do I hear? It’s the same clerk giving a man change, and she says to him, «I’m going to have to give you five singles instead of a five.» Dear 7-Eleven Management, For your information, please let me remind you that there is a bank just slightly west on the northwest corner of Fullerton and Southport, please check it out for your currency needs. Due to a change in circumstances, I’ll no longer be stopping in, however I’m sure your other customers will appreciate your efforts.

The 711 on Fullerton by DePaul is the WORST711EVER!!! Do not waste your money there! Read: cheap, cheap, cheap! The guy that works there(and who I am pretty certain owns it) is a total money grubbing jerk! As soon as I walked over to the coffee area, he starts barking out the prices, as if letting me know in advance just in case I can’t afford the $ 2.29 price! Really? Then he tried to sell me a large coffee at the price of an extra large. …great, first he makes it like I’m cheap, then he tries to rip me off. Nice. To boot, the coffee was COLD and OLD. Also, the food sitting in there has been there all day(and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was from a day ago)! I asked him if he sold rice crispy treats and he said he wont offer them bc he doesnt make enough money. If a person is that preoccupied by money, there’s NOWAY I’m trusting the quality of anything in that store. Cheapskates don’t usually have much integrity; I’d take my business to someone who does.
