We have a new building manager in 2015 and now the maintenance, general upkeep, and needed repairs are being addressed quickly and efficiently. The building is looking better than ever and residents all seem happy with the top-​notch fit & finish of the common areas. I’m so thrilled to be in such a great building, with great door-​staff and management!

Great building! Outstanding staff! Wonderful place to live! I have been acquainted with 1000 W Adams for about 5 years. The building is up to date with security, which creates a comfortable and enjoyable environment. The property manager, Dan, has always been professional and prompt with all inquiries. I highly recommend this condo building!

I have lived in this building for years. Great building in a prime location. Good tenants and staff, good management company; overall a well-​run building. Despite what Brian B. says, I have dealt with the building manager on many occasions and he has been nothing but professional and very helpful.
