This place is by far the worst nail salon I have ever seen and I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years. They are very dirty and have the worst customer service I have ever seen. When getting a full set done your nails should not pop off within 48 hours. They will«maybe» fix them up to 3 times rather they fall off or not, after that your on your own and they will not refund your money whatsoever. I recommend that anyone that comes near this place runs as fat as you can! And all said and done they only fixed 3 nails! This place is BS!!!

This was my first time going here. They have a very nice selection of OPI polish and a wide variety of no chip colors. I was serviced immediately. The nail tech did not rush but was fast. He was very pleasant. The place isn’t upscale but it’s clean. The prices are very reasonable. I paid $ 20 for a full set. Overall I was satisfied and I plan on returning in the future.

I will never go to this place again. I went during a weekday around 6:50pm and I was out by 7:25pm talk about fast service, but it was a terrible experience. I needed a fill in and my eyebrows waxed. The first thing the guy said to me was, «you pay cash» and I said no credit. So he made me pay upfront cause they were closing soon. I have been there a few times prior and that has never happened to me. Well the guy rushed through my nails and sent me over to the lady to wax my eyebrows. I told her I didnt want them to thin, well I’m sure you can guess what happened. I absolutely hated them. Well I was wearing a headband and she took it off my head and put it in her box. When I told her that was mine she tried to put it back on and then cracked it in half. She Didnt do a thing about it except say sorry. So they send me to the nail dryer and I sat there for not even 5 minutes and they are already in their jackets ready to leave. When I was sitting there the lady that normally does the pedicures/eyebrows went thru the can with the toe separator thingy(for painting the toes) and put them back in the drawers. That Was absolutely disgusting. They should atleast use some sort of disinfectant for them. When they turned off one of the lights he looked at my nails and then said ok they are dry. Which they clearly weren’t. They just wanted to leave. It was only 725 and they close at 8. They could have let me sit there a few more mins until they dried. They ended up smearing when I got into my car and the next day I went and spent more money elsewhere to get them fixed. I’m sure you can guess that it was my last time going there.

Stopped here with my 6 year old niece on Saturday 3⁄5 for manicures. Three techs working on 3 clients when we arrived. I told the man what we needed, couldn’t understand his response(heavy accent and a face mask muffling him) but we headed back to the nail polish rack. As we were looking another couple of ladies popped in. I asked the man how long until we would be served and again, could not understand him. I asked him again, and his client said«He says not too long». I saw two techs applying acrylics, and the other appeared to have just started gel nails. I guess«not too long» means at least 30 minutes? Not a big polish selection here. My niece likes pink and/or sparkly and really… nothing grabbed her. Well, the thing that grabbed her was the DEADFLY laying in the polish rack. A dead fly in March? How long has that been there? Upon closer look the rack shelves were filthy. Then I looked at the whole place and got a bad vibe. I didn’t feel welcome there, I didn’t understand what they were saying and the place is pretty filthy. Niece and I left, and I told him why. All I saw was his eyes above the mask and him saying«where dirty?». For the record, I am not saying anything about the race/ethnicity as I frequent many nail salons that employ nothing but foreign-sounding people. But when your client interprets for you to another potential client, you need to work on your English, local business owner.

What a terrible experience the second time around. The nail tech that I had the last time moved to Texas. So I had two different techs: one for my manicure and the other for my pedicure. Manicure – I got a slight cut from too much cuticle removing. Mind you this has NEVER happened to me before. Pedicure was ok. Told the manager about my cut, he apologized but no discount. Well! Then, the paint job, only lasted two days. I am again searching for a nail salon.
