OMG the only reason i come here is because unique the sales associate is wonderful. we went in there on march 6 to buy shoes for a birthday present and the whole party went together after brunch and boy did every single person leave with a pair of shoes. even my mom and she does not like to waste money on shoes. but he is so nice and funny he made us feel like we have known each other for years and we had just meet us. and since then we have been coming her to buy our shoes i love him ! lol just awesome i only come in here and look for him if he is not here i don even walk in.

Customer Service in this store is a joke from management to the associates. They spend majority of their time socializing. Everyone in the store disregards you as a consumer as if you are doing them a favor by coming into the store. First, of all they do not greet you because they are too busy being friendly with one and other, no one will ask do need you any assistance. I ask for help as the staff who was gather in a social circle did not acknowledge our presence and the manager who was a total jerk just got on his phone and started texting and lie to my face when I called him on it. I will never step foot in this particular store again. (Date of this event 2-​20-​2015 about 5pm before 6pm.) Sad!!!

The store itself is okay. They have good displays but they seem to never have what I want in stock. My problem is the customer service though. None of the little hoes working there ask if you need help, greet you, NADA. They just stand in the middle of the floor talking to each other. If that’s the case, I’ll take my business elsewhere. I definitely prefer the journeys at orland square.

This here shoe sellery is a hoot and a holler. I done went in here for some new fangled work boots and boy howdy did i get me some of them there doctor martens. All the gals in there is mighty purdy in the mouth and rear end sections. They even done went and recommended me some cool foot warmers they call socks. Im fixen to bring my mama here
