Typical Cheyenne service. So disappointing. I was really hoping that I would encounter good customer service being that they were in a new building but was let down. I had to wait for 45 minutes to be seen, which isn’t exceptionally long for a Verizon store but while I waited, three associates (half the staff in the store) did «inventory» on a phone screens. I was told «we will be with you when we can» while the MANAGER and two associates played on their phones and inventoried each peg and avoided eye contact while I stood and waited. Wow.

I just got an IPhone 6 for my son. We were very happy with the service and the accessories that they have. Sade was my sale rep and she was great. I will be back when my daughter’s birthday comes.
